    I was just reminded of a frozen yogurt place near me. Whirled Peace, they call it. Clever. But, they had green tea as a flavor, and it was delicious. I would swirl it with Tahitian vanilla. But they got rid of green tea!

    Yumm. Green tea ice cream/ gelato/ yoghurt is delicious, especially with good vanilla.

    It's not a pleasant drink, although I've downed a glass or two, but there's nothing better for cooking.
    The recipe I used called for 16 jalapenos without seeds but I used 32 and left the seeds in...

    Chicken thigh schwarma with spicy papaya and guava hot sauce, with pea and paneer dansac and green beans. Utterly, utterly sublime.
