Do it - I always feel that cooking fish feels wrong. Nice knife too.

I'm with Geoff, that fish looks nice but my eye was drawn to the knife. Do tell...

Question: Can you get red meat poisoning?

Before I get to the food let me just say, pay attention to your Eggs, otherwise they'll get too hot...

Dinner (once again)... With a nice Bordeaux

With a quick, "I don't really care about presentation" Caprese...

Do heart attacks and diabetes count as poisoning?

Maybe not in the strictest sense of the word but...

Man, I have never gotten mine that hot! You could forge metal at that temp. Hope it did not fry your gasket.

Hand forged, 60+ layer construction with a vg-10 core, hrc around 58-59 where it counts. I polish it after every use: it is so sharp, I swear sometimes it cuts ahead of the blade. You will never learn to properly use a knife if you hold one with a poor edge.
It is now my duty to completely drain you.

I wrapped that gauge countless times. Still on the same gasket set. That's not to say they couldn't use an update, but I'm not having temp problems so I'm not in a hurry to change them. I do need to do the top one though.
