You can also eat chicken raw, but that doesn't mean you should.

I know of a few places that cold smoke bacon, but the stuff you get at the grocer is hot smoked, and should be cooked. Regardless, why would you eat chewy cold bacon when you could have it hot and crisp?

Not in any military sense. Perhaps that was too open-ended a term. I don't like the term 'guide' because I've turned down professional guiding work several times. Ranging is probably more appropriate, but I forget it has military meanings as well.

That's why I don't eat out so much - we can probably do it better at home. And a 4 hour wait for something subpar?!

I'm watching Diners, Drive-ins and Dives (anyone else watch it?), and it's inspiring me to try new things. Homemade Pestrami, sticky sesame ribs, fried chicken... I just bought an oil thermometer which should help. Not my waistline though.

I am pretty much the exact opposite of violent but everytime Guy Fieri opens his mouth I want to punch him in the throat to make him stop.

So, I guess the short answer is...No.
