    Camera number 1 is down and I couldn't be bothered to get the waterproof point and shoot out, so no picture.

    Grilled cod loin tacos with serrano slaw and avocado crema on nopales/corn taco shells.

    Drank cheap and cheerful Dr. "Bubbles" ( what we call Dr. Loosen's sparkling wine). It stands up well to the heat from the chiles and the acid from the limes.

    Others have advocated cooking bacon in the oven but it seems sacrilegious to me. Maybe I should try it.

    The only wrong way to cook bacon is to not cook bacon. That doesn't really make sense, kinda like not eating bacon.
    It is now my duty to completely drain you.
