    Yesterday I was trying to find online instructions for how long / what temperature I should do a sausage casserole at. The advice....varied.

    In the end I did 55 mins at 150 (fan) and they were just done. I guess merguez take longer than usual sausages, redder meat

    This one is on the hob - fry for 5 mins, and tomatoes, summer for 50
