Winter means a lot of soups and stews at Chez Hank. We had a roast chicken yesterday, so while painting today I baked bread and made chicken stock.
Chicken stock, Kale, fire roasted tomatoes, romano beans,potatoes, smoked (chicken) farmer sasuage and more.
Super thick crust, very robust bread made from a durum flour biga and organic white and organic red fyfe whole wheat flour.
