It's possible, just not as probable, and it depends on loads of other factors. But with the 13.1 miles, you're definitely working against any mass goals. I guess as long as it's not habit, you should be fine.

Started back on Growth Stimulus Training.

Hopefully I can see some results in the next couple of months.

Got an email from the place I do my Core Fusion, usually MrsO and I pay a monthly membership to go as often as we like. They have decided they don't want members any more any you have to pay by the class.
My costs would more than double and MrsO more than triple.

It's an open area outside with no AC minimal costs to put on a class and I have only seen it full to the point of turning people away once in the entire time I have been going.

Anyway that was probably for the rant thread no here !

Despite not being a serious er trainee for very long (or even at all) I'd never pay for someone to help me workout. Just get a mate.

Best make sure your mate knows his stuff. The one area where using a professional trainer, at least initially, makes sense is resistance training. There are right ways and wrong ways to lift weights and we're not born knowing that stuff. It's plenty easy to injure yourself with weights if you don't know what you're doing. So at least until you do know what you're doing in the weight room it makes good sense to get some instruction before you develop bad habits and possibly mangle yourself. Back in my gym going days I used to see guys in the weight room doing the most ridiculous things in the mistaken belief that they knew how to do it. A torn rotator cuff and maybe a few busted ACLs later…

I find that it's just more geared towards a combination of strength and hypertrophy, and Ryan is happy to help customize the program to your needs and your schedule.

Also, it's not a beginner workout regimen -- it's more towards intermediate/advanced, so it's great if you already have a reasonably good base and have good form.

You'll constantly be pushing your 1 RM, so good form is very important, unless you want to risk injury.

I agree that form is essential and lots do it very, very wrong, but I just Google how to do stuff.
