1900m swimming. Hardest was 9 stroke breathing (we breath once every 9 strokes...it's actually pretty freaking tough as that was how we ended the night. Hard to only breathe once every 9 when you're already gassed and ready to sink to the bottom).

Now I'm building back up miles on the bike my old enemy ITB tightness has hit me with a vengeance this week. I'd not suffered with this for so long I forgot all about it. Gonna have to start the serious stretching regimen pre/post ride again now. Dammit.
