    Tudor Pelagos Blue

Last year it was rumored Tudor would release a blue Pelagos, but it never showed. I really wanted one, but after seeing the pictures it seems so meh. I'll keep the Planet Ocean. What do you think?

In these pics it looks like a very flat blue, I think the flat matt black works but not so sure about the blue. One of those you need to see in natural light perhaps.

Yes, if those pictures are an accurate representation, it looks both flat and a little brash.

One that needs to be seen in the hand, I think.

This. I'll reserve final comment until I see one in real life, but the pics aren't exciting me. I was really hoping Tudor would do the kind of blue they did on the blue Subs of the 70's, either on the Black Bay or Pelagos. Oh well.

Yeah, I agree, from the pics it doesn't excite me at all. It almost feels too blue.

It certainly looks that way from the pictures, though I will offer that when I first saw the pictures of the Black Bay Blue last year I thought it was a perfect shade of blue, until I held it in my hand at the AD and ultimately left without it.

Regardless, I wont pre-judge it until seeing it in the flesh.

I'm more interested in seeing the North Flag at this point. The new Pelagos isn't available until July, I assume the same rings true for the North Flag. Perhaps that's a good thing otherwise I'd take a run to my dealer this afternoon.

If TUDOR really wanted to rattle some cages with a new Pelagos release they should have done it in chronograph style
