Before I learned my lesson, I had a couple of strange but friendly debates with the man who makes the pizza (he stands next to the sandwich man) about why he won't put extra cheese on my slices. He just refuses to do it. It's listed on the menu on the wall behind him, but I no longer bring it up. Mostly because who cares and also because it's a ridiculous conversation to have with a person. So maybe the sandwich man feels like he's making up for something.

That's not cheese, that is squares of American stuff that is so heat resistant it barely changes on the BBQ. It was developed by NASA as a heat tile but they decided to go with white not yellow, just an aesthetic colour choice.
