Thanks again for the tip! I don't think I'll do anything with it right away. I'll probably let the patio weather kick in and do a nice Jamaican night.

    Who doesn't!

You've got great culinary skills: well done! That looks like some great eating. I've been going through a lot of enoki recently...

I used almonds to replace pine nuts last time I made pesto.
Still lightly toasted in a dry pan.
    Couldn't tell the difference.

    Nothing too fancy today:

    Lunch

    Business lunch yakiniku

    Almond pudding

I looked like an idiot when I took photo of an empty glass, but this glass has that ROO shape to it

And I forgot to take a pic of my dinner since I bought take away food near my office

I'm not a good cook, most of the times I'm just eat out at the restaurant

I had this thingy yesterday...along with continuing my quest for a Chardonnay I had 8 or 9 years ago that tasted exactly like the crispest apple ever. No luck in all that time...talk about a grail.

Veal, hot Italian sausage and mushroom lasagne with a lemon vinaigrette salad. The Italian sausage and the noodles are homemade. The canned tomatoes and tomato paste are some of these tomatoes.
