Rosemary striploin finished with a blue stilton and bacon razors on broccolini. Also baked potato jewels with a cilantro pesto.
Paired it with a rather witty Australian shiraz.

A chicken dish that has morphed over the years from something that was initially based on a South African butter chicken recipe and kashmiri pilau. Washed down with weissbier.

Seeing the pictures above I really fancy a steak with blue cheese on it ! An unusual statement from me,

Quatre fromage fougasse
Fougasse is a fancy word for French Pizza
Dinner:
Kuroge Wagyu
Takoyaki (modernized version)
Choco melt (loving the way they cut the strawberry)
