Ox's twice daily 2.5lb bucket of locally made kibble with rare beef cooked in coconut oil. Usually fresh parsley as well if I have it (usually do).
Sounds like a lot of work, but it's been this way 2x daily for over 6 years, so it's just a subconscious part of the routine. And, Ox is in peak health so it's worth it.

Yes, just as I thought. I think I had heard that under pressure lentils froth while cooking. If one has too much volume already occupied-: Kaboom!

I finally found a source for pimento wood in Canada, so a Jamaican feast today. Jerk Chicken, pumpkin and gungo pea curry and fried plantains. Washed down with a dark and stormy, heavy on the ginger beer.
Nice looking Pizza, I made one with a cauliflower base but haven't quite got it firm enough to pick up so knife and fork job.

Cassava flour bases behave and taste very much like wheat ones actually - I bought a mix - it's very easy.
