    Ox's twice daily 2.5lb bucket of locally made kibble with rare beef cooked in coconut oil. Usually fresh parsley as well if I have it (usually do).

    Sounds like a lot of work, but it's been this way 2x daily for over 6 years, so it's just a subconscious part of the routine. And, Ox is in peak health so it's worth it.
    It is now my duty to completely drain you.

    I finally found a source for pimento wood in Canada, so a Jamaican feast today. Jerk Chicken, pumpkin and gungo pea curry and fried plantains. Washed down with a dark and stormy, heavy on the ginger beer.

    Cassava flour bases behave and taste very much like wheat ones actually - I bought a mix - it's very easy.
