    Bacon and egg fried rice from a restaurant called Odd Couple enhanced by their house made fermented chile oil. There tomato curry, which is deliciou, is considered one of the ten best restaurant dishes in my town.

    Seasoned and bacon-wrapped chicken breast stuffed with ricotta and spinach with shiitake and herb risotto and seared asparagus tonight. I love risotto and make a very nice one, but I don't do it overly often because its a lot of time that you can't really be doing anything else.
