But you're right. Once you've had fresh pasta in all its infinite variety, you'll never go back to boxes of dry hard spaghetti. Not even in the same food group.

Tried my hand at green chorizo for the first time, so it's green chorizo tacos with yucetecan pickled onions and radish, avocado, shredded cabbage and salsa verde.

I've had horse a few times, it's really nothing special. I thought I had the opportunity once to try whale, but when I was there is was unavailable. How was it? Did you enjoy it? How was it prepared?

I accidentally ran into some vids on the Tube about it, and now am a bit freaked out.
