The pickled veggies also look great: homemade?

    Thanks for the idea, Bidle.

I had some leftover chilli, and put a big scoop into each bacon basket before I dropped the egg in. They cooked to a good medium, although I wanted a nice runny soft, but they were still excellent. So much so, I wrote this crappy poem as I typed it:

Ready to break my fast, up to some bacon I did sidle
Remembering the egg cups once posted by Bidle
Filled with chilli and egg, I quickly got to makin'
I poured coffee and OJ - oh, did I mention the bacon?
I cut and chewed until onto the plate my fork did rattle
And later thanks to the beans it will sound like ducks and frogs at battle
My stomach comfortably full, I'm not fakin'
And in case I forgot, also: bacon
It is now my duty to completely drain you.

Dinner tonight (eventually, once I can get my sick kid to bed).

Some a bit different. Not a total food picture, but I am testing some new ads out for a culinary promotion, so the focus is food-related, and everything was very tasty afterword.....

No pic. Too dark on the beach. Fresh grilled marlin, rice and peas.

    Yup.

Picked the location, staged the shot, then played around with the digital SLR until I got what I wanted.

Used Illustrator design software to work the picture onto the canvas with the correct perspective for the final (almost), version here.

Turned out better than I thought it would.

    Thanks.
