    Thought I read somewhere that the body receives more nutrients from steamed/cooked kale vs. fresh. Maybe because it's harder than most foods to digest and cooking starts the breaking down process?

    I added sausage links and a fruit salad of blackberries, grapes, blood orange, banana and strawberry stewed in rum to make a meal of it. Not pictured: local maple syrup (Ontario #1 light, my favourite).
    It is now my duty to completely drain you.

    A day late, but my son and I have made pancakes for breakfast. Flipping them when the only frying pan you have is a Le Creuset one is not easy....
