    It was Valentine's, so regardless of the fact it was a beer drinking day of sport, these (delicious) pie pops made an appearance. And then quickly disappeared as we ravenously ate them.

    Its a long weekend and tomorrow is a holiday, so I'm torn on doing a big supper today or tomorrow. Anyone have any suggestions? I'll make anything if it sounds good.

    Do you just replace the meat with roasted vegetables in a standard lasagne recipe? And what vegetables do you roast? Peppers.....
