Just something about the pair that always works. Odd smelling urine aside.

I was just making stuff up as I went along tonight. Broiled turkey thigh on maccheroni sautéd with some veg and ricotta.

Dinner for me was weird. Pork tenderloin with a side of English muffins topped with butter and sharp cheddar. Delicious, actually.

Did some Japanese style fishes tonight
Grilled marinated salmon, mushrooms in soy sauce, shrimps with fresh ginger, garlic and sweet chilli sauce.

    Added some seaweed and sushi

That plate looks like fireworks: fun stuff. I am jealous of you very nice and large gas range. The kitchen I do the most cooking in is electric only...

    Thanks guys.
I love the stove. I now have a 90 cm with 6 burners, and one big oven, good for several pizzas simultaneously. Best thing is it has two very large burners, one for the Wok, and one that is perfect for grilling. It actually fits 6 pans simultaneously, a problem with many smaller 5 burner versions. Next time when we will need to buy a new one, I will even try to fit a 120 cm version, something like this (not necessarily red though ):
