    I can't believe the intake of some of you guys !!

    Hey Geoffbot, aren't those sweet potato fries a bit tricky to get crisp ?

    I have trouble getting roasties out of them , although they do taste yummy you just can't crisp them up like a good king eddy

    They're not crispy but I love em! I burn off 1000 calories per day in exercise so I need to make it up.

    Here's some more - this is actually healthy though - made with parsnips!!! Tastes like cake.

    I exercise 4-5 days per week as well, often exercising and doing manual labor for multiple hours on the weekends. If I did not.....I would put back on the 20ish lbs. I lost lol

    Try pre-cutting them and soaking them overnight in some water. This should remove some starch from the potato and let it crisp a bit nicer. Just don't throw them in the frier with water all over them!

    No photos but I added Whole grain mustard to mashed potato tonight- a match made in heaven.
