What is the orange 'frite sauce' I was always seeing globbed onto chips in the 'Dam? Never tried it. I was always too full from drinking beer from steins bigger than my head, and my buddy was hooked on bitterballen. He said it tasted like powdered gravy, and that was the reason to eat them non-stop... it was why I didn't eat them.

Ketchup is for kids, I have no clue how to apply it properly to adult food. I don't put it on burgers or dogs, for the same reason I don't put gummy bears on burgers or dogs.

    Wait a minute... gummy bears...
It is now my duty to completely drain you.

Seems you saw the culinary highlights of my country, 'Patat mét' and 'bitterballen'

Personally, I don't like Mayonnaise, but prefer 'pindasaus' which translates to PeanutSauce, something that I guess came over from Indonesia to our country. But this looks in fact even more horrific:

What kind of mustard? Mustard is one of those things that I like some types with one type of food, like the basic hot dog mustard that I use for burguers and ..hotdogs, and Dijon mustard that I use for roasted beef, or even spicy Dijon mustard with seeds that I use for marinades and not much else.

I like breakfast - I'm talkin' steak or ham or sausage and eggs and hash browns and toast - but especially at non-breakfast hours.
    But who doesn't?

That's the whole point, put it on those bland thing like brocolli, and squash, and everything else your mother used to make you eat.

If you come to a fork in the road; take it, and then put it down so someone else can use it.

Just plain yellow mustard for fries.
