In the bunch, the GP is definitely towards the top, just to my eyes. I just don’t know enough about the brand for me to be moved beyond that “That’s nice” stage.

I don't believe that is real. Too many things just not the way Rolex does things. While there may be something released called the Land Dweller I don't see this as being it. Most likely an early April Fools joke. Rolexs is doing more than fine with dial changes and other less radical moves that other may need to increase their sales. They can't even deliver the releases from two years ago. Prerelease guesses have most of the time been near 100% wrong regardless how the so called experts spin it. Maybe the White explorer and the ceramic bezel Explorer II will come out this year, but I'm not holding my breath. These are the type of changes Rolex does, and not some shoot from the hip mix.

From the Movie there is some form of yellow gold Daytona or 1908 possibly with a Jubilee bracelet. The 1908 may be some type of new gold. Unclear what the red disk with the gold outer band and holes is? Might be some new system for their movements possibly shock absorption? There is a green bezel either sub or GMTII. Maybe the Hulk will return. There is also something to do with a clasp on an Oyster bracelet they show

Wow I really missed it on this one as possibly the biggest Rolex Fan Boy here. I did get almost all the rest except the red dial Ladies president minus the diamonds. Now that I have had time to closely look at the Landmaster I would buy it, The close up detail makes it a look much better. The 6 and 9 I don't seem to notice until someone points it out. Why I have not place an order is I don't want a silver or white dial with those shiny hands and the size. I question the readability in this configuration, and I feel it will wear too small for me at anything less that a 41-42mm. Rolex seems to be herding many of the watches to the $14,000 starting point. This is a $3K upgrade from a Datejust, but a whole lot sportier. I also wish it was no date. Ladies version may do very well since most of the ladies Rolex are a bit thick and this is much thinner. I'm still unclear what they were showing with the clasp. Maybe that was the new ladies OP in 28 mm?

That is quite the homage to the original. I have the original blue plastic quartz model from the 80s. Not my picture, but this is exactly like the one I had. That brings back some good memories.
