I think he is a strong dude, but not how his videos make him appear. He only competed as a junior, so his Open Powerlifting information shows very low single event numbers as well as barely totaling more than 1000lbs. There are posts out there saying he lifts a lot more now, but it's tough to know what's real and what's bullshit when it's not being done on the platform.
I would have to find it,but there is at least one video where he supposedly reps far more than his reported 1rm. Either his reported max sandbags, the plates are fake, or he is stacking 10-15kg plates to make them look like 20-25kg ones

Videos are still entertaining and some do appear real (earlier ones)

    Getting back to it!

I'm at like 20% of my max weight but I'm just glad to be able to be moving. No pain in the ribs so far.

Around 50 more to go. But at least I can button this shirt now.

...I need a beard trim too.
As I struggle to get back on track, and figure out once and for all if GLP agonists (Ozempic, Mounjaro are truly helpful for me), you're inspiring me. And you remind me that I tackled this beast once before, albeit younger, with no pharmaceutical assistance.

Glad to hear the pain has subsided! Hope it stays that way for you!

Today was a planned break here after 4 days without one. Got my steps in walking the mall with the kids I always park at the opposite end of our destination to make sure we walk

    Back in the gym tomorrow

    I appreciate that.

Also, I've purchased a beard trimmer on Amazon. So for the foreseeable future, I'll not be paying for haircuts or beard trims.

Down to 219.4 as of Sunday. Finally into the 2teens.

    You can do it!

Hit the moonshine a little hard on Sunday. Had to work it off.
