Be careful on leg press guys. Don't let your legs touch your ribs.

Injuries suck, hope it's an easy recovery. I pulled something in my back a few weeks ago and have backed off on any exercises that put weight on my back. No deadlifts, good mornings, or heavy squats.

    Get well soon dude.

I can't do anything! Not even curls. It's not bad, but it doesn't like exercise... Waiting for a call back from the docs...

The missus and I have covid, I suspect, as I can't taste anything. Worst cough ever - I almost called an ambulance last night as she couldn't breathe. Not fun.

Not fun. Especially compounded with an injury. Here’s hoping you recover quickly.

Of the two confirmed times I’ve had Covid, only once did I lose taste. Not a lot of coughing, but extreme body aches and fatigue. I feel for you sir.

I’m pretty grumpy myself. Almost two weeks of barely any movement. Yesterday I went most of the day without painkillers. Was fine until we were walking around for Freyja’s swim lessons.

Only recourse for continuing my goals is calorie control. It works, but it would be nice to be able to burn 400-600 calories over a few miles rather than just not eat them.

    Lowest I’ve been in years.

Agreed! Most people are at annual highs right now, following holidays in winter. Being at a low is impressive!

I realize trap bar dl is easier, and it use to be part of my routine. I have neglected it trying to cut corners and hurry back to pre-pandemic levels.

Added it back, and this is my first time catching 5 plates on anything post pandemic. Big confidence boost

Hope you guys are all boosted up and it's an easy ride. Norovirus and the flu are going around here.
