TV you just love (or at least really like)

Penguin was absolutely sublime. 8 episodes of pure brilliance.

I’m having a hard time starting to watch this. It just seems like more of the same type of movie or show that I’m grown kind of sick of watching. The previews are not enticing me to watch since it looks like exactly what I just described. Maybe when I have nothing else to watch I’ll get around to this if I choose to keep my max subscription.

I tried to watch a few of their, what became apparent, lopsided documentaries. I think 15 minutes is the most I could make into about five of them. Total rubbish with no objectivity . The Dune series may keep me a bit more, or if there are some more episodes of dragons.

The other thing that worries me if this goes into several seasons is HBO Cinemax, history of completely ruining the final season. Or worse yet stopping the story with no actual conclusion. I’ll site carnival, deadwood, and recently Game of Thrones as examples of this botched up story history.

How good was the dinner party/ sleepover episode.

Finished The Fall -- captivating from the beginning to the end, solid 8/10. As for Anderson, she killed it, and a great thing about it is there was no trace of Scully in Stella Gibson, brilliant acting.
