I've only had the one beer (Shipyard Pumpkinhead) and that is where I plan to stop today. I will become obliterated this weekend. If I learned one thing from chemistry, it's that alcohol is a solution.

    What are you drinking?

Fire pit season has come to an end. Not as many during the fall stretch as in past years, but they were all good ones. We move to our new digs in a month. I plan to build a new pit at the new house and be ready for the fall. Going out with a bang, as it were, because I have some wood to get rid of.

    + =

EDIT: I’m posting, or reposting, the pic because on my end, it’s not there. Apologies if this is a double post.

Love a fire pit. I remember when I rented a cabin with friends in 2019, my buddy got really drunk (as he always does) and started collecting wood from the area and one of the more sober people helped him start a fire in the pit. Really good time, sitting by the fire, sipping whiskey, laughing with friends.
