And does 1 rep off the ground mean your 1rm or would you say up down up?
My take is 1 clean rep up
As for goals, whatever gets your blood flowing! It could be same weight, X reps

No takers in the 'lol' forum but this guy is insanely strong, and not just for a normal sized aesthetic dude. https://youtu.be/kFIyLzN9WoU
In fact I joined the gym after watching this

I think he may have started as genuine pranking but I think it’s setup/fake weights now.

Nah. The bars are bending and the reactions are 100% real. I'd put money on it.
Anatoly is 181 centimeters tall and weighs 78 kilograms. Despite this, he is truly capable of moving inhuman weights. His best deadlift in his career is 290 kilograms, which is almost four times his body weight. His squat record is 210 kilograms (2.7 times his body weight), and his bench press is 145 kilograms (1.8 times his body weight).

The bar and loading makes a huge difference in bar whip. A gym bar will whip with 300lbs, less if you get the plates farther away from the collars, a stiff bar won't whip until > 500lbs.
