    Hurricane Helene hit here.
    No power or water since last Friday. I have portable generator power when I can find gas. Utility companies are starting to rebuild infrastructure but will take time before restoring service.
    This morning cell phone started getting a signal. It's like a war zone here from the damage all over western north carolina.
    My house didnt sustain any tree damage so Im thankful for that.
    Long road to recovery for millions here.
