So, I’ve been wearing my Speedmaster a lot lately, and, well….sometimes I hold it up to my ear just to listen to the ticking and I find this beat rate very calming. It’s just a bit slower than your normal 28,800, I think it’s around 21,800, but somehow that makes a big difference. It’s just such a pleasant ticking sound.

I love the sound of my RGM at 18000. It’s louder since it’s a skeleton, but not obtrusive, you only hear it when you want to.
