This is the type I do in a calm meditation type setting if you have any type of pulmonary issues or infection this clears it up very quickly and you generally feel pretty good afterwards it's less than a buck a minute I feel it's good value for money and in researching it almost zero downside

There are thousands of meat replacement products. Fake sausages, mince, burgers, chicken... They taste like at least 70% as good as the real thing. Steak and lamb they haven't nailed yet

I have been trying to cut back on red meat as well. Not as easy as I hoped. Eating healthier in the US is not cost efficient due to govt support for certain industries.
My struggle with seafood is living far from an ocean + it is not as calorie dense. It tends to leave me hungry more quickly
Much chicken and turkey lately, some fish, pork, and tofu.

A lot of those substitutes are getting into UPF territory. And, they use a lot of coconut oil, which introduces saturated fats back in the diet that were eliminated by moving away from animal products. I eat some, but try to limit it because of the processed nature of the foods.
