    I do whatever I can to fight inflammation. This does seem to help now that I am retired. I have the time, so why not right.

    I need to come up with a plan for that it's gonna be tough because I haven't eaten rice,bread,pasta etc.
    For years now so my options are already limited I have switched to sardines in Olive Oil for my breakfast meat with my eggs I think the next step will just be cutting the red meat and see how it goes from there
