I had a kombucha SCOBY in the fridge for a couple years. I got a bit tired of keeping it going regularly, so handed it off to some friends.
Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Nathan “Uncle Nearest” Green was a slave who taught Jack Daniel how to distill bourbon.

The Shiner Bock is pretty good so I imagine their Oktoberfest is also.

I lived only about an hour from their brewery previously, so it spoiled me lol. I still think they have one of the best Oktobers.
This is my favorite beer time of year!

Today is our 7th marriage anniversary so I will pour myself a Macallan 18. Jeanette will be drinking magnesium citrate because tomorrow she is the special guest at the colonoscopy clinic. Hopefully by Sunday we can grill steaks, and pour more Macallan!
