We were comparing shaken vs stirred Aviation cocktails last night. Stirring lets the color of the Creme de Violette show through better, giving a darker cocktail, but shaken had better flavor.

This ends my TED talk, thanks for attending.

Aviation as in Aviation gin? That’s surprising, I generally don’t like the taste of gin after it’s been shaken.

Aviation cocktail - Gin, Luxardo, Creme De Violette, lemon. It's delicious and a great color - my picture doesn't do it justice.

£7.25 for festival prices actually doesn't seem so terrible compared to the pub.
