    Well, it's been a year, and it doesn't suck I don't get bored swimming and fishing I think the best part of retirement is everything is on your schedule which literally takes all the stress out of your life.I am lucky that my wife has a hobby that takes up a lot of her time (competitive skating) so I get to do this a lot

    Yes it helps greatly but I think retiring early is better, both of course ideal
