Finally, one of the highlights of his collection. I’m not a quartz collector but I could be convinced by this Citizen.

Citizen is the brand that turned me on to quartz. Eco Drive is amazing.

This one was finished at least as well as my old GS SBGX 9F. It had a similar solid movement to the seconds hand, too.

The Swedish friend I mentioned in yesterday’s WRUW is the person who sparked my interest in watches. For his 6 week vacation in the US he brought these 3 watches.

This was his most recent purchase and I like it a lot. I’d likely wear it on tropic rubber if I owned it.




He has owned this for a while. He likes the splash of color on those long Swedish winter nights. I liked this more on the wrist than I thought I would.

Fun fact: after the Sellita sw200 in my cw12 has run out of juice, with 1 brief shake it then runs for 50 minutes.
