WRUW Sunday 30th. June
Nomos for brunch, Melbourne for the opera.
EDIT: The opera was a bust. Instead of enjoying the evening, I got dehydrated and ended up with heat exhaustion. It was crazy hot and I was wearing a navy suit. Nearly collapsed onto someone’s front stoop. Spent a couple of hours in the lobby of a hotel while waiting for the EMTs to arrive. The wife was worried I was having a heart attack- dizzy, pale, profuse sweating. On the bright side, plenty of people stopped to offer help. Restored my faith in humanity for a bit. It’s all good now. I just had some gelato.

Once in awhile you get shown the light in the strangest of places if you look at it right.

'morning, IWL.
Wife is very annoyed at being injured already. She was reading last night about her fracture, the sites she found online were saying 8-12 weeks to heal.

Just a dumb accident working out; jumping on/off plyo boxes, she slipped and fell. No big deal, except there were weights behind her and she smacked her arm/wrist on them as she fell.

Ouch. Well she sounds fit and active enough, she should heal quicker.
Happy birthday for yesterday BTW mate!
