Having said oh its great I found that it had changed since I had last had it. I didn't quite recognise the taste. I noticed then that the strength wasn't the same as before: 5.6 rather than 6.0, so somethings been tweaked. I think it was a bit nuttier than before. Whether this is a bad thing in itself, I don't know, but it bothered me, with my disappointed expectations.
Three Basil Haydens neat, then a drink called "The Author", which is like a Bulleit whiskey sour, and two drinks called "The Dreamer", which is a gin drink made with Bluecoat, a top shelf Philadelphia gin. Fantastic!
