Any other old-timers left? Chrono, Raza, Jeannie, Ray etc?

Just Raza from list. Iwl is good, I still like it. Super chilled but more than enough chat for me both on and off topic.

    That looks like cardio.

Not a heavy RDL (145kg), just torturing my thumbs. I've been working on my hook grip for a few years and I can still only tolerate about 185kg in hand before changing grip or using straps.

I turn it into a combination using straps/handles as well as pushing out (think incline bench form). Wears me out, feels great!

Nicely done, back straight as a board! I do not use straps, but chalk is a must!

Newest change, though you may be aware, was IWL picking up some Rado members from a forum that (my understanding) closed down. They fit in great with the crowd here, so you may not have even noticed!

My gf wanted to get fitter so I told her to try crossfit which she loves. Tonight she got me to try it!

Was basically cardo, not much fun. Very hard work though, which is good.
