    Shifting away from weights, anyone else enjoy a row machine? I do row machine 2-3 days/week

    Went for a run around dubai marina this morning which was utterly glorious (and I don't even like running). Then chose to walk up the stairs to our flat on the 21st floor which was good. That will burn off some of the calories I consumed last night, but not all...

    Savage workout they are. I used to warm up on one before stretching - a couple of minutes tops would be quite enough to get the blood flowing.

    I use to go for longer intervals, but now I focus on 2:00 500M sprints. So much work in 120 seconds lol

    I listen to theology podcasts when running . I think if I was alone with my thoughts while running, I wouldn't put one foot outside the door.
