Fantastic thanks! Climbed again yesterday too actually, feel great. I have a competition on Saturday so it's straight back in the deep end.

    I'm not planning on winning....

Excellent, even if it should be 3wheels plus the dime and quarter

Knee sleeves have been a game changer for me. Narrowing up my stance has helped too

LOL, it stacks out the way because of how I rep my way up (in part to warm up the knees). It also aids my ramp down. I rep up, single rep down with very short breaks (essentially just time to change weight). Something like this

    135x7
    225x5
    275x5
    325x2
    385x1
    355x1
325x1 (sit it on the braces at bottom of motion, unload, push through for full "up" from unloaded)
    275x1 (same unload practice)
    225x1 slowly down, explode up

Glad the sleeves have helped, I use them most of the time when I do legs/squat.

That's a good one, although I might add a little more volume in on the way down.

I've been doing beltless tempo squats followed by a belted AMRAP at 143kg/315lb at the end. I usually get 8-15 reps, depending on how hard I hammered my working sets. Beltless tempo helps me with bracing and body position, as well as removing the stretch reflex at the bottom to force me to drive harder from the hole. This is a little older video, but I'm the same weight and probably strength, too.

Thanks, will see if I can add a bit more volume on the way down. Unloading at the bottom really takes it out of me. I may try substituting that for some unbelted reps

KK was a beast. But, dead at age 40? I don't need to go at it THAT hard.

I was completely beltless pre-pandemic up to 425. Now I go belt over 325, may need to get back to sans-belt lol
