    Bball is dope.

I cancelled my gym membership as I never used it, and I should be moving to the gf's apartment which has a mediocre (heh) but acceptable gym in site. I can't climb at the moment because my toe is bruised... Hard to get motivated when it's pitch black after work. Winter sucks.

On site gym is very convenient. Can always get creative with it!

I feel you on the dark after work comment. We were going to the park for soccer or Frisbee after work. Now we need something inside and well lit, options for the family are limited. We also were going swimming, but cooler weather has dampened that

Yeah it's got a leg press which will do in leiu of a rack, plenty of machines actually, just not enough free weights. I'll be moving away from my climbing gym so will be working out more and climbing less.

I have changed my workout plan up. We moved to a new office building at work, and it has a decent gym. Doing what I can there out of sheer convenience.

Getting in exercise before I start my work day also makes a massive difference in my energy and mentality for the rest of the day.

This is why I go in the morning (5:30am). I cant work out in the evening, I’m too wired.

If they have a barbell but no rack, you can clean a lighter weight and do front squats or zombie squats using the barbell in a front rack position. Leg press can build muscle, but nothing beats a barbell squat.

No barbell.... I'm gonna get some 30 and 40kg dumbells and do farmers walks etc.

You can rack a heavy KB in each hand and do split squats, hassock squats, and finish up holding a plate or kb in front with pistol squats.
