    Haha!! I don't train properly these days at all (I climb way more) but it's fun outpacing the youngsters with their selfie cameras. Go pick up the old rusties and curl their dumbell press weight

    I sell Dell servers etc, so I was roped into the Dell Management Challenge which is cycling, running, kayak 2 days adventure race. 'moderate level of fitness' required. Do things as a team etc. Didn't read the paperwork properly so today I've just cycled 20km with a 500m elevation increase, and run 14km straight after with a 472m elevation increase. This is the hardest thing I've ever done, I'm absolutely dying.

    I’ve been using SBD sleeves. Mark Bell sleeves get good reviews, too. I have one of his Slingshots.

    I have Titan wrist wraps, my only advice there is to go long.
