I drink quite a variety of DIPA's and like most this was a touch too hoppy I always seem to go back to the Clouddrop it's just a little sweeter has more floral notes and just a nicer beer allaround especially with food if you can find It buy it

A neighbor a couple miles away is playing with their firearms. Meanwhile, a neighbor down the road is shouting, “Stop it!” I need a couple fingers of bourbon.

I have lately come to understand an immutable law of the universe: you cannot properly enjoy Chinese food without a cold beer, preferably a Tsingtao. The other night I had mu shu pork at my local Chinese but wasn’t up for a beer. It was a distinctly diminished experience.

I am not a beer drinker per se and the only time I truly enjoy beer is with Chinese. Since I have now realized the cosmic significance of beer in relation to Chinese never again will I indulge in that cuisine without the assistance of an icy cold Tsingtao.

I can confirm this. Earlier in my career I spent months each year in China. Since the water was risky to drink, every meal aside from breakfast was consumed with beer. Tsingtao was much more safe than water, and it was delicious. They were made for each other
