Maybe this post could include some interesting modern concept cars. A Japanese maker Ken Okuyama is following the hand-made tradition with his Brdcage design.

Here's a crazy experiment on display. I haven't researched it yet, Attucks Futures Espada:

And finally, a pile of cute little Ferraris, likewise skipping the modern ones, as I covered those from Saturday's owner's gathering.
    First, a 1950 Barchetta:

    That's all folks!
Oh my oh my, yes. The story of how Lamborghini turned to cars is very fun indeed. As legend has it, Ferruccio Lamborghini owned a Ferrari that was having some problem. So he took it apart, found the problem, and fixed it. He crossed paths with Enzo Ferrari one day and told him about it. Enzo, a legendarily gruff fellow, basically told him to **** off and go back to making tractors. Either make a car better than Ferrari or shut the hell up. So, Ferruccio went and decided to make his own cars. Enzo’s pride ended up birthing one of his company’s fiercest and closest competitors.

As I scrolled past, I did think it was an AC Ace for a moment too. Both good looking cars.

That’s pretty hot, actually. Looks awful with the roof up and I don’t understand why you buy a Rolls you drive yourself, but when I win the next billion+ jackpot, I want one.

It's not what I'd call attractive or pleasing to the eye.
Or, to put it another way: It's hideous.

I don’t know who approved that photo. “Hey, how do you want to show off the new Rolls?” “I don’t know, put it under gray skies on a gray road with a gray mountain range in the back. I want it to look like it’s in a depressing movie from the 1930s.”

    Better with the lights on:

Certainly not the prettiest Rolls-Royce ever made, but I dig it. Then again, I’ve always had a soft spot for Rolls. My parents had one when I was a kid, some fond memories there.

I kinda like the car, although it is a poster child for wretched excess. However I won’t be ordering one, since the watch is too thick for my tastes at 17.4mm.

Well, since BMW owns RR, and VW owns Bentley, I guess they are just vying for new ways to seduce the idle rich to milk cash out of their respective brands .
Too many watches, not enough wrists.
