That’s a hard no from me.

I can accept an auto in a car with no sporting intentions at all, like an SUV that’s not meant for off-roading. But I’m anything sporty, if I’m sacrificing my involvement for speed, might as well completely take me out of the equation because for sure a computer would do the whole thing faster than I could anyway.

The PDK certainly makes it easier especially in a competitive track situation but i agree with Raza i would want to be more involved. I am glad the wife went for the stick its good fun

Totally. If I were in a situation where hundredths or even tenths of a second really mattered, auto clutch transmissions all the way. But I’m not. Like, ever. Even on a track day; it’s a hobby. It doesn’t really matter. It’s a hobby because it’s fun.

Erm I _obviously_ prefer manuals! But a proper sequential would be fine, and this imitation is as cool as autos get.

Feels good not sure what the assist is not much travel grabs high and tight medium pressure really wants the gas pedal right away there is no feathering on this car let her rip ....

It looks a bit like a 2000 Ducati MH900e. I could kick myself when the Ft. Lauderdale dealer offered me one at a really good discount and I took too long to think about it. I was sold an hour before I arrived back at the dealer to buy it a week later. I spent time getting the money for it that I did not get a chance to call and put it on hold. Should have reserved it the minute I saw it and then worked out how to pay for it. They had a tubular single sided swing arm and a factory matching track lifts. Even the license plate holder was minimized to keep weight down. The engines made about 90bhp but on a bike that was hovering just over 300 lbs it was a blast to ride. Some of the case elements were added to make it look more like Mike Hailwoods Isle of Mann wining Superlite bevel drive from 1978.
