Went in the fast group this evening (usually there is slow med fast but evenings it's just slow or fast.) I was front of the slow pack last time hence the switch... Absolutely schooled here They went past me like I was stationary.

The first time I took a track school I thought I was railing until my instructor casually passed me, pointed to his tail and had me follow him. When he was done with the lesson he just rode away like I hit the brakes
