    I want to try solder lugs onto a pocket watch case like the original trench watches.

    yes was thinking there are several ways I was wondering and trying to working out a way of doing a randomier type case with screw in lugs ?

    I am sure it could be done but it would take some tricky machining.

    yes but then to keep the original case would be good will have to see how they did it on the randomier archive I got at some point
