Too many watches, not enough wrists.

Love shishitos. We grow them all the time and grille them with ground turkey or sear them and make a Japanese style mayo. Not a big fan of jalapenos. This year I am growing in order of heat; sweet heats ( half the heat of Anaheims, so way less than jalapenos), Fresnos (similar heat to jalapenos but fruitier flavour), orange habaneros, red habaneros, Madame Jeanette's and Scotch bonnets, all up to 180 times hotter than a jalapeno and a lot more flavourful in order of presentation IMHO. Flavour wise the habs are more floral/perfumey, the Madame Jeanettes have a huge black peppercorn flavour with undertones of tropical fruit and Scotch bonnets have Caribbean fruit flavour happening all day long and then some.

These are the indoor peppers and tomatoes which will hold me over until the garden stuff is ready. The peppers are giant ristras which are a cayenne type pepper and the appear to be starting to ripen.

Feed her peppers that are hotter than the ones you are eating. Problem solved.

Brilliant!! Jalapeños are specifically for a salsa, family recipe.

Shishitos here primarily get blistered and eaten as a side...or chopped and added to everything!

We have a few more, but not as impressive as your list! I think we also have Serrano & Poblano growing (no peppers yet, just blooms)

Outstanding under any circumstance, but even more so knowing it is the "get you by" indoor setup!

Our tomato plants and herbs are doing really well. Was excited to see the cucumber finally start to produce this week!! Was starting to wonder!
