If it’s anything like the Ferrari track experience I did several years ago, they won’t even let him use the paddles. I tried to convince my “instructor”—I pointed to my Z4 and I was like “I drive a real stick, I can flap some paddles,” but he didn’t go for it. He did give me a couple extra laps because I kept getting caught in slow ass Gallardo traffic, though. I still had a lot of fun, even though it wasn’t a proper track day in someone else’s Ferrari.

Too pricey for me but very nice. Had a look around a few days ago. Should perhaps have got going in one , or not ...

I think the EV6 and Ioniq 5 are good looking/performing electrics and the Koreans have great warranties. Haven't driven one but a friend in Sweden has one of the Hyundai and digs it.

My wife's Volvo XC90 we bought new in '16 has around 115k miles and we're casually looking for replacements, I want to go electric but the non-Tesla charging network has me concerned about convenience and ease of use for her. For now we're just watching it develop.

I'll just have to buy myself a ferrari.
