Many of us use to do a lot of things. After the broken hand I have a fear of falling again and then with the second round on stents I've given up on running and trying biking. It's 10.6 miles around the lake so I've taken up chasing after my wife on her e-bike with my conventional Trek. Since there are some hills here it's a pretty good workout and we maintain a decent pace. As the days get longer we'll add a second lap.
    Cheers,

    Michael

I will be 59 this year and I should begin going easier on my joints. I should bike.

I'm 37 next month and already feeling the same way. I can't climb, squash and gym all the time anymore which is genuinely heart breaking.

Enjoy the fact that you worked hard before and were performing at a high level. Don't beat yourself up because age/wear and tear means you can't be as good as you once were, work hard to be as good as you can be today. I have clients in their 50s, 60s, and one in their 70s; you can be fit and strong as you age.

Getting old sucks. I will say that strength training has actually helped my knees. My right knee used to hurt constantly, but after incorporating more squats/leg presses, it doesn’t hurt nearly as much. Well that and Advil .

Never even heard of it. I'll buy it if you recommend it though?

Most supplements give you a lighter wallet and more expensive pee
